Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how BLEU handles information on BLEU.live, including the Cumberland County EveryDay Strong enrollment-request page.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the BLEU feature you use, information may include account information, conversations used for continuity, wellness goals you choose to provide, and privacy-friendly usage analytics.

Cumberland enrollment request: when you submit the EveryDay Strong enrollment-request form, BLEU stores the mobile number you provide, whether SMS consent was granted, the date and time of affirmative SMS consent if granted, the version of the SMS disclosure shown to you, and the Cumberland enrollment source.

2. Cumberland SMS Consent

SMS consent is optional. You may submit an enrollment request without agreeing to text messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or program participation. An unchecked SMS-consent box is stored as no SMS consent and is not treated as permission to text you.

If program texting is activated for your number after applicable program/carrier approvals, text messages may include enrollment confirmations, session reminders, attendance/check-in information, and requested program support. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide requested BLEU features, maintain program and consent records, support EveryDay Strong enrollment and administration, provide requested communications when authorized, maintain security, and improve system reliability.

4. Data We Do Not Sell

BLEU does not sell or rent mobile numbers, SMS-consent records, or personal information to advertisers. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to operate BLEU or program communications under BLEU's direction.

5. Security

BLEU uses encrypted infrastructure, access controls, Row-Level Security where applicable, and restricted service-role storage. Payment card numbers are handled by payment providers rather than stored by BLEU.

6. Your Choices

You may decline SMS consent and still submit the Cumberland enrollment request. If you later receive program text messages, reply STOP to opt out. For privacy or account requests, contact hello@bleu.live.

7. Analytics

BLEU uses privacy-oriented analytics to understand platform operation and usage. We do not use Cumberland SMS consent as advertising-tracking permission.

8. Children

BLEU is designed primarily for adults. Where a feature permits use by minors, applicable consent requirements still apply.

9. Cumberland Program Scope

The Cumberland enrollment-request record is a contact and consent record. It is not a medical record, does not determine eligibility, and does not itself commission or send SMS.

Messaging status: submitting the Cumberland enrollment form records your choice. It does not itself send a text message and does not mean a messaging provider has been commissioned.
