Terms of Service & SMS Program Terms

1. Acceptance

By accessing BLEU.live you agree to these Terms. Specific programs, including Cumberland County EveryDay Strong, may have additional program rules or consent documents.

2. What BLEU Is — And Is Not

BLEU provides wellness information, navigation, program support, and AI-assisted conversations. BLEU is not a medical provider, licensed therapist, emergency service, or substitute for professional healthcare.

3. Crisis Resources

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call or text 988, text HOME to 741741, or call 911 if you are in immediate danger. BLEU is not a crisis service.

4. EveryDay Strong / BLEU SMS Program Terms

When you voluntarily check the SMS consent box on the Cumberland EveryDay Strong enrollment-request form, you agree to receive program-related text messages from EveryDay Strong/BLEU at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include enrollment confirmations, session reminders, attendance/check-in information, and requested program support.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or program participation.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of program text messages.
Reply HELP for help.

After STOP, no further program text messages should be sent to that number except as permitted to confirm or administer the opt-out. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an EveryDay Strong enrollment request.

Current gate: the Cumberland web form records SMS consent status for compliance and program administration. Submitting the form does not itself send a text message and these Terms do not represent that SENT or any other messaging provider is commissioned for bulk SMS.

5. Mobile Number Responsibility

You confirm that the mobile number you provide is a number at which you are authorized to receive communications. If your number changes, update the program before relying on SMS for reminders.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how mobile numbers and SMS-consent records are handled. Mobile numbers and SMS-consent records are not sold or shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Practitioner Directory

Directory information should be independently verified. BLEU does not employ or endorse every listed provider.

8. Accounts and User Content

You are responsible for account security. Conversation or continuity features may store information as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable program notices.

9. Limitation of Liability

BLEU is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Users remain responsible for decisions made using platform information.

10. Governing Law

These general BLEU Terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where not preempted, the laws applicable to BLEU's operations.
